The main mission of the Regulatory Council is to apply the rules of this Regulation and to ensure its fulfilment, for which it will exert the functions that it entrusts to the Councils in a general character as in the article 87 of the Law 25/1970 and complementary dispositions, as well as those that are specifically indicated in the articles one of the Regulation.
