By the end of its maturation period the “Queixo Tetilla”cheese will present/display the following basic characteristics:

- Shape: conic section, convex-conical.
- Weight: de 0,5 to 1,5 Kg.
- Dimensions: The height will be superior to the radius of the inferior base and to the diameter.
    - Maximun:
    • Height: 150 mm
    • Base diameter: 150 mm
   - Minimun:
    •Height: 90 mm
    •Base diameter: 90 mm
