The cheeses with Denomination of Origin destined to the consumption will go provided with a label or numbered back label, sent by the Regulatory Council, which will have to be placed on the premises or maturation fridges at the end of this process.

It will be obligatorily to appear clearly the name of the Denomination of Origin on labels of each a maker used in protected cheese making.

The cheeses labelled with D.O. could circulate and solely be sent by cheese factories and facilities registered, and in packages authorized by the Regulatory Council that do not harm their quality and prestige.
